Business Model Disclosure: Please note that for the majority of the products we offer, Revolyx operates as a third-party reseller, not the official distributor. However, we strictly source every product directly from official distributors to ensure authenticity before providing them to our customers.

2. Delivery Policy

  • Digital Fulfillment: As our primary offerings are digital services and subscriptions, delivery is fulfilled electronically via Email, Facebook Messenger, or WhatsApp. No shipping or delivery charges apply to digital products.

  • Physical Products: Standard shipping and delivery charges will apply exclusively to the purchase of physical goods.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Standard delivery for digital products takes between 1 to 24 hours from the time of order confirmation. We request that customers acknowledge this timeframe prior to placing an order.

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are solely responsible for providing completely accurate delivery information (e.g., correct email address or contact number). If you accidentally provide incorrect information, you must contact our support team immediately to rectify the issue.

3. Warranty and Support Policy

  • Product-Specific Warranties: Warranty rules and durations vary by product and will be clearly specified on the product page before purchase or during delivery. Revolyx is fully committed to resolving any eligible issues within the designated warranty period.

  • Non-Warranty Products: If a product is explicitly listed as having “No Warranty” or “No Post-Sale Support,” our responsibility concludes immediately upon the successful delivery of the product. No after-sales support will be provided for these specific items, and customers are expected to purchase them with this understanding.

  • Warranty Voidance: Warranties will immediately become void if a product defect or issue arises due to customer negligence, user error, or hardware/device-specific incompatibilities on the customer’s end.

  • Support Hours & Remote Assistance: Our dedicated technical support team is available daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If you face difficulties understanding a service or need advanced technical help, we are equipped to provide remote assistance via TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or Google Meet.

  • Resolution Timeframe: We understand that our clients rely on these subscriptions for important tasks. While we always strive for an immediate fix, resolving digital service issues can occasionally take anywhere from 1 to 24 hours due to unforeseen technical dependencies. We kindly request your patience and cooperation during this window.

4. Order Cancellation, Replacements, and Refunds

  • Cancellation Eligibility: All placed orders are considered final. An order can only be canceled and refunded if Revolyx fails or is unable to deliver the requested product. Orders cannot be canceled for any other reason.

  • Replacements & Store Credit: If we are unable to fulfill an order, you have the right to request a full payment refund or opt for an alternative product. If you choose an alternative product, its value must perfectly align with the paid amount of your original order.
